Valentine’s Rose Card SVG — Papercut Cut File

Roses cut in a climbing spray up one side of the card, with Happy Valentine’s Day lettering set into the design rather than added on top. The petals are cut as separate fine shapes, which is what gives them depth once there is a contrasting layer behind — I use deep red on white, though it is just as striking reversed.

This is the more grown-up of my Valentine’s designs: less novelty, more the sort of card someone keeps in a drawer. It cuts cleanly on a Maker or an Explore with a fine-point blade.
